How long does it take for you to complete my order?
Standard Orders* will be shipped approximately 2-4 Days after proof approval, unless noted for special order materials.
Rush Orders* will be shipped approximately 1-2 Days after proof approval, unless noted for special order materials.
*If your order is unable to be fulfilled within designated timeframe, you will be immediately notified by one of our customer service representatives.
What is a "proof"?
A proof is a way of ensuring that we have set your type accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements. Typically, we will produce a proof which will be sent to you online in a pdf format.
A printed color proof is also available at a small additional charge of $25. This proof would be either sent to you or available to be viewed within our office. Please note that all offset items will be a color simulated proof and all wideformat items will have an actual color correct / machine correct proof.
Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already given you everything I need to have done?
It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered. Your approval that every aspect of your project is accurate prior to production.
Do I still need to approve a proof if I bring my work in on disk?
Yes, please approve any customer supplied artwork. Like anything computer related, there may be some interpretation errors or mishaps.
